岗位职责 1. 校长线深度经营与方案设计 - 高层对接： 负责与学校校长级及核心管理层进行定期沟通与汇报。 - 方案定制： 独立制定学校项目落地实施方案，明确“交付计划+节奏+机制”。 - 难点攻坚： 针对项目推进中的卡点，结合学校组织特性制定针对性解决方案。 2. 项目落地管理与日常把控 - 进度把控： 负责统筹区域内所有项目的进展，协调解决团队日常交付问题。 - 初期导入： 负责项目落地初期的到校陪同交付，与校长确认落地细节。 - 风险闭环： 针对投诉、舆情、关键人变动或规模决策卡点等重大风险，快速拉通销售与内部资源，通过“快速处理会”实现闭环。 3. 区域资源调度与协同 - 人力统筹： 负责省份内交付专员的学校分配与人力调度。 - 决策优先权： 在资源（时间/人手）发生冲突时，拥有区域内交付优先级的最终裁定权。 - 跨部门联动： 深度协同销售、市场、产品、教研等部门，以“项目经理+客户经营者”的角色推进业务目标。 4. 标杆建设与经验萃取 - 标杆打造： 确保所负责区域产出“可参访、可传播、可复用”的高质量标杆项目。
