¿Te apasiona la gastronomía y disfrutas trabajar en equipo? Buscamos un Chef de Partida para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Guayaquil.

En esta posición, tendrás la oportunidad de desplegar toda tu creatividad y destreza culinaria, siendo responsable de preparar y presentar platos de alta calidad. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el resto del equipo de cocina para garantizar la excelencia en cada servicio.

Buscamos una persona proactiva, organizada, comprometida y con experiencia en cocina, que disfrute trabajar en equipo y contribuir a brindar un excelente servicio.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Profesional graduado o cursando últimos semestres en Gastronomía o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en cocina o en posiciones relacionadas con el cargo.
  • Capacitación o conocimientos en Liderazgo, Banquetería, BPM y HACCP.

Funciones:

  • Supervisar y ejecutar la preparación y producción de alimentos conforme a recetas y técnicas culinarias, para su posterior venta.
  • Controlar y mantener un nivel adecuado de stock su línea de producción.
  • Revisar las condiciones de productos y producciones para cumplir con la venta diaria y los estándares de calidad establecidos por el chef ejecutivo o el jefe de cocina.
  • Gestionar y controlar el inventario de alimentos y suministros de cocina, garantizando su correcta rotación y disponibilidad.
  • Coordinar y distribuir las actividades del personal asignado a su partida, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo seguro, ordenado y eficiente.
