Estamos en la búsqueda de un Coordinador(a) de Aseguramiento de Calidad Alimentaria para unirse a nuestro equipo en Samborondón, Guayas, Ecuador. En esta posición, serás responsable de garantizar que todos nuestros productos y procesos relacionados con alimentos cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad y seguridad.

El candidato ideal será un profesional con formación universitaria en Gastronomía o carreras afines, con experiencia en el área y un fuerte compromiso con la excelencia. Serás el encargado de coordinar y supervisar las actividades relacionadas con el aseguramiento de la calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Título de tercer nivel en Gastronomía, Ingeniería en Alimentos, Procesos Alimentarios, Administración de Empresas, Hotelería y Turismo o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
  • Experiencia en supervisión y coordinación de personal operativo.
  • Conocimientos en Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), inocuidad alimentaria, higiene y manipulación de alimentos.

Funciones

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de BPM, normas de higiene e inocuidad en las áreas de A&B.
  • Coordinar al equipo de Stewarding y la cobertura operativa.
  • Supervisar los procesos de limpieza y desinfección de equipos y áreas.
  • Realizar inspecciones en cocinas, bares, puntos de servicio y áreas de almacenamiento.
  • Controlar el uso e inventario de insumos de limpieza.
  • Dar seguimiento al mantenimiento de equipos y control de plagas.
  • Coordinar muestreos y acciones correctivas relacionadas con inocuidad alimentaria.
  • Elaborar reportes y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.
