En nuestro club ubicado en Samborondón, Guayas, Ecuador, estamos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Despacho - Bodega para unirse a nuestro equipo de Logística y Almacenamiento.

Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva, orientada al cumplimiento y con capacidad para liderar equipos, que disfrute trabajar en un entorno operativo y dinámico, aportando al buen funcionamiento de la bodega y al cumplimiento de los despachos diarios.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Título de tercer nivel en Logística, Gestión Logística, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares dentro de áreas de bodega, despacho, almacenamiento o logística.
  • Experiencia en manejo y supervisión de personal operativo.
  • Conocimientos en control de inventarios, almacenamiento y rotación de productos bajo método FIFO.
  • Conocimientos en control y gestión de documentación de bodega y despachos.

Funciones:

  • Organizar y asignar las actividades al personal de bodega.
  • Verificar cantidades, pesos y condiciones de los productos antes de su entrega.
  • Coordinar la entrega de pedidos al usuario final y gestionar la firma de aceptación.
  • Supervisar la rotación de productos bajo el método FIFO.
  • Monitorear los tiempos de preparación y despacho.
  • Apoyar en el ingreso de facturas y elaboración de reportes.
