Ob großer TV-Spot, klassisches Plakat, emotionale Longcopy oder augenzwinkernder Social-Stunt - Du findest für jedes Projekt den richtigen Ton.

Du beherrschst das klassische Texter*innen-Handwerk im Schlaf, atmest aber gleichzeitig Popkultur und weißt genau, welche Themen und Trends morgen das Netz bewegen. Dabei behältst du stets das große Ganze im Blick und entwickelst integrierte, medienübergreifende Leitideen, die offline genauso gut funktionieren wie digital. Eine offene Kommunikation im Team ist dir genauso wichtig wie exzellente Ideen. Für Junior Texter*innen hast du immer ein offenes Ohr, denn du bist für sie Mentor*in und Sparringspartner*in auf Augenhöhe.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Konzeptstärke: Fundierte Erfahrung in der klassischen Kampagnenentwicklung. Du denkst in starken, integrierten Leitideen, die das Fundament für ganzheitliche Kampagnen über alle Kanäle hinweg bilden.
  • Popkultur-Radar: Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse für Zeitgeist, aktuelles Entertainment und digitale Strömungen, um klassische Kommunikation mit moderner, popkultureller Relevanz aufzuladen.
  • Sprachliche Exzellenz: Ein exzellentes Sprachgefühl, ein Hang zum Wortspiel und die Fähigkeit, Tonalitäten flexibel anzupassen - von der klassischen Headline bis zum perfekten Community-Tone-of-Voice.
  • Teamplayer-Gen: Hohe Eigenverantwortung gepaart mit der Freude daran, im Team zu arbeiten und (Junior) Texter*innen in ihrer Entwicklung zu fördern.
  • Überzeugungskraft: Die Fähigkeit, Kunden zu begeistern, sie fundiert zu beraten und auch von mutigen, kreativen Lösungen zu überzeugen.
  • Kommunikation: Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch sowie in Englisch.
