Deine Aufgaben:

Briefing. Controlling. Feeling. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kreation und Kunden sind Kommunikation und Organisation deine großen Stärken. Du brennst für die kreativen Ideen deiner Kolleg*innen, weißt sie zu vermitteln und zu verteidigen. Dabei bewegst du dich spielend im gesamten Spektrum, von klassischer Markenkommunikation bis hin zu Social-Media-Projekten. Mit analytischem und strategischem Denken filterst du Kundenfeedback und verwandelst es in punktgenaue Briefings. So wissen alle, was sie zu tun und zu erwarten haben.

  • Betreuung der Kunden sowie aller Prozesse – von der ersten Kostenschätzung über die Konzeptionsphase bis hin zur finalen Umsetzung
  • Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen sowie Controlling des Budgets und Reporting der verschiedenen Projekte
  • Projektevaluation- und optimierung
  • Erstellung von Timings sowie interne Ressourcenplanung
  • Strategische Kundenentwicklung
  • Koordination disziplinübergreifender Projektteams, Steuerung von Dienstleistern
  • Moderation und Präsentation von Kundenterminen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Leidenschaft für die Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Erstellung von belastbaren Kostenkalkulationen, sehr gute Projektmanagement-Skills und sichere Kundenführung
  • Gespür für aktuelle Trends und Innovationen Spaß an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
