Du bist Expert*in in der Kundenbetreuung und -entwicklung und hast bewiesen, dass du Teams erfolgreich leitest und gleichzeitig zu Kund*innen und Dienstleister*innen Beziehungen aufbaust und pflegst. Du bist bekannt für deine Fürsorge, die sicherstellt, dass alle Beteiligten wissen, was von ihnen erwartet wird. Du bist Meister*in der reibungslosen Abläufe und erkennst Potenziale und Chancen, die du jederzeit mit deinem Team und den Kunden teilst. Ob klassische Kampagnen oder Social-Media-Projekte: Du fühlst dich in beiden Welten zu Hause und steuerst unterschiedlichste Formate mit sicherem Gespür zum Erfolg. Du glaubst an die gemeinsame Energie und an eine klare Haltung, die es ermöglicht, gemeinsam noch besser zu werden.

Zusammenfassend:

  • Leitung und Betreuung der Kunden sowie aller Prozesse, angefangen von der ersten Kostenschätzung über die Konzeptionsphase bis hin zur finalen Umsetzung
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung belastbarer Kostenkalkulationen, das Controlling des Budgets und das Reporting der verschiedenen Projekte
  • Durchführung von Projektevaluationen und -optimierungen
  • Entwicklung von Strategien zur Kundentwicklung und -bindung
  • Koordination disziplinübergreifender Projektteams und Steuerung von Dienstleister*innen
  • Moderation und Präsentation von Kundenterminen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Konzepten und Lösungen für Kundenprojekte

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Position im Bereich Kundenbetreuung und Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Leidenschaft für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Erstellung belastbarer Kostenkalkulationen und im sicheren Umgang mit Kund*innen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für aktuelle Trends und Innovationen in der Branche
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und Führung von Teams
