Estamos buscando un(a) Abogado  para brindar soporte jurídico integral y generalista a la compañía.Serás responsable por los asuntos comerciales, corporativos, laborales, tributarios, IP, compliance, regulatorios y sanitarios, así como en la atención y seguimiento preliminar de acciones legales y comunicaciones formales dirigidas contra la compañía, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y la protección de los intereses corporativos.Si eres una persona a la que le gusta el área jurídica, los temas comerciales y laborales ¡esta oportunidad puede ser para ti!

Responsabilidades e atribuições Gestión contractual

:  Apoyar la revisión del contratos de compraventa de equipos médicos, incluyendo cláusulas de confidencialidad, garantías, condiciones comerciales y responsabilidad; Apoyar la redacción y negociación de contratos con proveedores nacionales, verificando el cumplimiento de condiciones legales y comerciales acordadas. Atención de requerimientos legales : Realizar la revisión preliminar de comunicaciones formales recibidas por la compañía (derechos de petición, tutelas, requerimientos administrativos, entre otros); Elaborar proyectos de respuesta dentro de los términos legales, en coordinación con el área jurídica y las dependencias involucradas. Soporte jurídico general : poyar en la elaboración de conceptos jurídicos y documentos legales requeridos por las distintas áreas de la compañía. Brindar soporte jurídico en asuntos comerciales, corporativos, laborales, tributarios, regulatorios y sanitarios, de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio; Apoyar en la revisión y análisis de asuntos relacionados con obligaciones tributarias e impuestos, en coordinación con las áreas financieras y asesores externos cuando corresponda.Requisitos e qualificaçõesProfesional en Derecho, con tarjeta profesional vigente.Deseable : estudios de posgrado o en curso en Derecho Comercial, Contractual o afines.Deseable: experiencia en funciones similares, idealmente en empresas del sector salud, dispositivos médicos o comercial/industrialConocimientos técnicos en  Derecho comercial y contractual colombiano, nociones de derecho laboral y tributario y Manejo de herramientas ofimáticasDeseable Inglés intermedio
