O Looqbox é uma plataforma de gestão de performance comercial ("o Waze da sua operação") que transforma metas e indicadores em direção clara para os times de vendas, utilizando feed de Inteligência Artificial e dashboards em tempo real. Buscamos um(a) Account Executive com perfil hunter para conduzir vendas complexas B2B Enterprise, com foco no segmento de varejo. Você será responsável por todo o ciclo comercial, da prospecção ativa e do mapeamento das dores do cliente até a negociação e o fechamento de contratos, gerando impacto direto no crescimento do Looqbox.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividades:Analisar os prospects B2B Enterprise encaminhados pelo time de BDRs;Realizar prospecção ativa no segmento de varejo;Conduzir reuniões com prospects para mapear suas dores e gerar novas oportunidades;Realizar, eventualmente, visitas presenciais a clientes e prospects, tanto de caráter técnico quanto de prospecção;Apresentar o Looqbox como solução de dados e desenhar, junto ao potencial cliente, o escopo do projeto;Fazer follow-ups semanais para acompanhar a evolução das oportunidades em aberto;Elaborar e negociar propostas comerciais e conduzir o fechamento de contratos;Alinhar com o time de Customer Success o escopo e as expectativas de cada projeto;Registrar as informações dos clientes no CRM (Salesforce) e nos documentos internos da Looqbox;Acompanhar os KPIs da área;Participar das reuniões internas da Looqbox e das reuniões com clientes;Participar de eventos comerciais.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos:Experiência como Executivo(a) de Vendas em vendas complexas no modelo B2B Enterprise;Perfil hunter, com experiência em prospecção ativa e geração de oportunidades;Experiência com vendas de SaaS e/ou PaaS;Experiência com CRM (utilizamos o Salesforce);Boa capacidade de planejamento e organização;Disponibilidade para reuniões e visitas presenciais com clientes.Diferenciais:Experiência no segmento de varejo;Experiência em empresas de software de BI;Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI e/ou de processamento de dados.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosR$ 1.100,00 de VR/VA flexíveis no cartão Caju, com uso também em Mobilidade, Cultura, Saúde e Educação;Plano de Saúde SulAmérica 100% custeado pelo Looqbox, sem coparticipação;Plano Odontológico MetLife 100% custeado pelo Looqbox, sem coparticipação;Wellhub (Gympass) para cuidar do seu bem-estar físico e mental;Incentivo à leitura e educação.
