Estamos expandindo nosso time e buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) com perfil organizado, criterioso e comunicativo para atuar como Consultor(a) Documental no acompanhamento de processos de revalidação médica internacional.

Essa pessoa será responsável por orientar clientes, conferir e organizar documentos, acompanhar etapas administrativas, controlar prazos e garantir que cada processo siga com clareza, cuidado e atenção aos detalhes.

Responsabilidades:

Orientar clientes sobre etapas documentais dos processos de revalidação médica internacional; Conferir, organizar e acompanhar documentos enviados pelos clientes; Controlar prazos, pendências e etapas administrativas; Conduzir reuniões online de orientação e acompanhamento com clientes; Registrar atendimentos, atualizações e informações em sistema interno; Apoiar na padronização de documentos, comunicações e fluxos internos; Manter uma comunicação clara, profissional e alinhada aos padrões da empresa.

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, cuidadosa e responsável, que goste de processos bem feitos e tenha facilidade para lidar com clientes, documentos e prazos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Direito; Experiência com análise documental, rotinas administrativas, processos jurídicos ou atendimento ao cliente; Excelente organização e atenção aos detalhes; Boa comunicação escrita e verbal; Responsabilidade com prazos e entregas; Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia em ambiente remoto; Postura profissional, criteriosa e cuidadosa no relacionamento com clientes.

Diferenciais:

Experiência prévia em escritório de advocacia, jurídico interno ou área administrativa/documental; Familiaridade com contratos, documentos oficiais, apostilamento, traduções ou processos internacionais; Experiência com atendimento consultivo ao cliente; Conhecimento em Google Drive, planilhas, CRM ou sistemas de gestão.Informações adicionaisTrabalho remoto; Atuação em uma empresa em crescimento;
