Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, revisar, estruturar e negociar contratos de locação comercial para abertura de novas lojas em shopping centers, lojas de rua, drive-thru e terrenos.Analisar propostas comerciais, matrículas de imóveis, cartas de intenção, memorandos de entendimento e instrumentos pré-contratuais.Negociar cláusulas comerciais, jurídicas e operacionais com administradoras de shopping, proprietários e incorporadoras.Atuar de forma consultiva junto às áreas comercial, expansão, operações, tecnologia, suprimentos, marketing, RH e financeiro;Liderar negociações contratuais estratégicas com clientes, fornecedores, parceiros, franqueados e locadores;Estruturar instrumentos relacionados a prestação de serviços, fornecimento, tecnologia, franquia, intermediação de negócios, confidencialidade, locação e operações imobiliárias;Avaliar e mitigar riscos jurídicos, regulatórios, financeiros e reputacionais;Desenvolver fluxos, playbooks, templates e políticas de governança contratual;Apoiar projetos estratégicos, M&A pontual, reorganizações societárias e expansão de operações;Conduzir due diligence contratual e apoiar auditorias;Coordenar a atuação de escritórios externos em temas consultivos ou contenciosos relacionados a contratos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em DireitoOAB ativa.
