Coordenar operações de M&A, incluindo a elaboração de contratos e outros documentos e a realização e coordenação de auditorias; 

Elaborar e revisar documentos societários diversos, incluindo acordos de sócios/acionistas, reorganizações societárias e outros documentos em geral; 

Realizar a coordenação de registros e atualizações cadastrais perante órgãos públicos 

Trabalhar em conjunto com outras áreas jurídicas do escritório para fornecer orientação societária integrada em operações multidisciplinares; 

Contribuir tecnicamente para o desenvolvimento da equipe, participando da formação de profissionais mais jovens e promovendo o alinhamento técnico com a atuação estratégica do escritório; 

Atuar com postura técnica e responsável junto a clientes, oferecendo soluções claras, aplicáveis e juridicamente seguras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Direito, com registro ativo na OAB entre 2016 até 2017; 

Sólida experiência na área de Direito Societário e M&A, com atuação comprovada em transações complexas, nacionais e internacionais; 

Conhecimento aprofundado da legislação societária brasileira, práticas de M&A e contratos empresariais; 

Experiência anterior em escritório de advocacia; 

Excelência na redação de peças técnicas e na comunicação com clientes; 

Perfil analítico, propositivo e comprometido com a entrega de soluções técnicas consistentes; 

Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e apresentação técnica; 

Inglês fluente é requisito essencial; domínio de outros idiomas será considerado um diferencial; 

Completam o perfil: profissional ético, estratégico, colaborativo, com alta autonomia, responsabilidade e foco em soluções jurídicas eficientes e personalizadas.
