Empresa com atuação Nacional busca Advogado Pleno para atuar em seu Departamento Jurídico.Procuramos um advogado com sólida experiência em contencioso judicial e administrativo, consistente formação processual e forte capacidade de execução, para atuar diretamente na condução de processos, elaboração de peças jurídicas, participação em audiências e acompanhamento integral das demanas judiciais e administrativas da companhhia. Espera-se uma atuação próxima à rotina forense e às necessidas do negócio, assegurando a defesa dos interesses da empresa, a mitigação de riscos e a excelência na condução e entrega das atividades sob sua responsabilidade. 

Responsabilidades e atribuições• Conduzir e acompanhar processos judiciais e administrativos sob responsabilidade da companhia; • Elaborar peças processuais, contestações, manifestações, recursos, memoriais, pareceres e demais documentos jurídicos;• 

Realizar análise jurídica de processos, documentos e provas, identificando riscos e oportunidades para a defesa dos interesses da empresa;• 

Participar de audiências, reuniões e demais atos processuais relacionados às demandas sob sua responsabilidade; • 

Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas para obtenção de informações e documentos necessários à condução dos processos; • 

Elaborar relatórios e informações para acompanhamento das demandas.

Requisitos e qualificações• Graduação em Direito;• Inscrição ativa na OAB;• Experiência prévia em contencioso judicial; • Conhecimento sólido em Direito Processual e prática forense;• Experiência na elaboração de peças processuais e recursos;• Vivência em audiências e acompanhamento processual;• Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão processual.Diferenciais: • Pós-graduação em andamento ou concluída em Direito Processual, Empresarial, Trabalhista ou áreas correlatas;• Vivência em escritórios de advocacia ou departamentos jurídicos corporativos;• Conhecimento de sistemas jurídicos e plataformas eletrônicas dos Tribunais.
