O Advogado Pleno na área Regulatória será responsável por fornecer suporte jurídico especializado em assuntos regulatórios, com foco na elaboração, análise e revisão de documentos que instruem processos administrativos sancionatórios. Este profissional interpretará decisões, despachos e pareceres das diretorias da agência reguladora, desenvolvendo pareceres internos, memorandos e apresentações sobre temas vinculados às atividades administrativas, operacionais e ambientais da empresa. Atuará como apoio jurídico para diversas áreas da empresa, assegurando a conformidade com o Contrato de Concessão e seus anexos, além de representar a empresa em interações com a agência reguladora e demais órgãos públicos.Este cargo exige um perfil analítico e proativo, com habilidades de comunicação, conhecimento avançado em legislação regulatória e experiência na interação com órgãos reguladores e públicos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRedução de Custos com Penalidades: Atuar de forma preventiva na análise e crítica de documentos regulatórios para minimizar riscos de multas e penalidades aplicadas pela agência reguladora, impactando positivamente os custos da empresa.Eficiência na Gestão de Processos: Contribuir para a eficiência operacional ao fornecer análises jurídicas rápidas e precisas, evitando atrasos em projetos e iniciativas que poderiam gerar custos adicionais para a empresa.Otimização de Recursos Jurídicos: Reduzir a necessidade de contratação de consultorias externas ao fornecer suporte jurídico interno especializado, o que resulta em economia financeira.Apoio em Pleitos Financeiros: Atuar na elaboração de pleitos financeiros junto à agência Elaborar, revisar e criticar documentos que instruem processos administrativos sancionatórios e outros documentos regulatórios.Assegurar que todos os documentos estejam em conformidade com o Contrato de Concessão e as normas vigentes.2 Interpretação e Suporte Jurídico:Interpretar decisões, despachos, pareceres e manifestações técnicas das diretorias da agência reguladora.Fornecer suporte jurídico para as áreas internas, ajudando na elaboração de manifestações, correspondências e pleitos.3 Conformidade e Gestão de Riscos:Garantir que as atividades da empresa estejam alinhadas às exigências regulatórias, minimizando riscos de não conformidade.Identificar e propor ações preventivas para mitigar riscos regulatórios.4 Relacionamento com Órgãos Regulatórios:Representar a empresa em interações com a agência reguladora (se necessário) e demais órgãos públicos, fortalecendo o relacionamento institucional.Acompanhar e participar de reuniões e discussões regulatórias que impactem as operações da empresa.5 Desenvolvimento de Pareceres e Apresentações Internas:Desenvolver pareceres internos, memorandos e apresentações que auxiliem na tomada de decisão por parte das áreas administrativas, operacionais e ambientais da empresa.reguladora, buscando a recuperação de receitas, compensações e outras vantagens financeiras previstas no Contrato de ConcessãoRequisitos e qualificaçõesEDUCAÇÃOGraduação em Direito com registro ativo na OAB. EXPERIÊNCIAMínima de 1 ano em Direito Regulatório, preferencialmente no setor de concessões públicas, infraestrutura ou em áreas correlatas..CONHECIMENTOS ESPECIFICOS E ORGANIZACIONAISconhecimento em legislação administrativa, regulatória e processos administrativos sancionatórios.Experiência na interpretação de decisões, despachos e pareceres técnicos.Habilidade para elaborar documentos jurídicos, pareceres e apresentações com clareza e objetividade.HABILIDADESFoco em resultado;Senso de dono;Comprometimento;Visão por Processo e Tomada de decisão;Colaboração e Influencia e Ética.Diferenciais:Experiência com agências reguladoras e na interação com órgãos públicos.Conhecimento em Direito Ambiental e Operacional.Capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos, com prazos desafiadores e múltiplas demandas.Informações adicionaisDisponibilidade de horário;Local de trabalho: Sertãozinho/ SP;Horário administrativo segunda-feira á quinta-feira 08x18 sexta-feira 08x17
