Vem transformar a saúde com a gente! ✨Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o atendimento ao público e o cadastro de exames no sistema;Acolher e orientar os pacientes desde a chegada até a saída da unidade, promovendo um ambiente inclusivo, respeitoso e que valoriza a diversidade de cada indivíduo;Transmitir informações de preparo e direcionar para as salas de exame;Organizar documentos e cadastros da área administrativa;Esclarecer dúvidas dos pacientes com empatia e clareza;Controlar e agendar os exames, mantendo a agenda atualizada;Imprimir e entregar exames, registrando movimentações no sistema;Separar exames para auditorias, fiscalizações e prestações de contas;Apoiar no controle de materiais e insumos da unidade;Abrir chamados para reportar ocorrências administrativas;Conferir dados dos exames realizados no dia anterior;Informar sobre a pesquisa de satisfação (NPS) aos pacientes;Avisar pacientes sobre atrasos ou ausência de médicos.Requisitos e qualificações📍 Sobre a jornada e local de trabalho:Horário: Segunda a Sexta das 08h às 17h e Sábado conforme escala das 08h às 12h - Sujeito a alterações conforme necessidade da unidade;Unidade: (nome) - Pode haver remanejamento/cobertura para outras unidades de acordo com a demanda.🎓 O que consideramos como obrigatório:Ensino Médio Completo;Conhecimentos básicos em Pacote Office;Disponibilidade para atuar na escala e no horário da vaga, conforme necessidade da unidade.;Disponibilidade para viajar pelo Estado de São Paulo;🌟 O que consideramos um diferencial:Ter interesse genuíno pela área da saúde e vontade de impactar vidas;Sentir paixão por aprender, crescer e evoluir constantemente;Alinhar-se a um dos nossos principais valores: o desenvolvimento contínuo dentro da FIDI — aqui, você cresce com a gente!Informações adicionais💙 TEMOS MUITOS BENEFÍCIOS ESPERANDO POR VOCÊ!Na FIDI, a gente cuida de quem cuida!
