Local de trabalho: Zona Sul - SPModelo de trabalho: PresencialEscala: 6x1Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Agente de Atendimento ao Cliente é responsável por gerenciar todos os aspectos das reservas de hotéis e transportes terrestres para os membros da tripulação de nossos clientes, em todos os lugares e regiões onde ele opera. O agente garante a resolução eficiente de problemas de reservas seguindo os Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POP) e facilita a coordenação entre agentes, clientes e fornecedores. Esta função é fundamental para garantir o bem-estar e o conforto das tripulações, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e o sucesso geral da companhia aérea através do gerenciamento eficiente das solicitações de reservas por meio do nosso sistema Connex e/ou CrewHub, bem como a administração das comunicações via e-mail, chat, chamadas telefônicas e interações diretas.Reservar acomodações em hotéis e transporte para membros da tripulação;Gerenciar realocações de emergência e resolver problemas que possam surgir durante as escalas da tripulação, garantindo soluções rápidas;Atuar como ponto de contato principal entre o setor de logística, escalas da tripulação da companhia aérea, outros departamentos relevantes e equipes internas;Facilitar a comunicação e resolver questões que possam afetar as acomodações e/ou o transporte da tripulação, assegurando operações sem contratempos;Utilizar diversos sistemas e ferramentas para processar, acompanhar e relatar transações, incluindo o registro dos detalhes das reservas no sistema da empresa;Pesquisar opções adequadas de hotéis, especialmente em locais onde a companhia aérea não possui hotéis contratados, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos estabelecidos;Reportar quaisquer problemas ou preocupações aos supervisores e à gerência prontamente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ imprescindível que você tenha:Ensino médio completo ou ensino superior cursando;Inglês avançado e/ou fluente;Excelentes habilidades em informática, incluindo domínio do Microsoft Outlook (Word, Excel e PowerPoint);Possuir disponibilidade de horário para trabalhar em turnos (incluindo noturnos).Não obrigatório, mas será incrível se você tiver:Proficiência em outros idiomas;Experiência prévia no setor hoteleiro, viagens ou em funções de atendimento ao cliente é altamente desejável.Informações adicionaisFique por dentro do que te oferecemos:VA/VR, você decide.
