Para isso, esse profissional precisará atuar no atendimento aos clientes da área sendo eles obras, fornecedores e áreas internas, garantindo uma experiência de qualidade, resolutiva e alinhada às políticas da companhia e assegurando o resguardo Jurídico necessário para Tenda.

Organizar, controlar e executar as atividades administrativas, acompanhar os indicadores da área a fim de identificar pontos críticos de atuação e clientes que mais necessitam de apoio, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e atuar de forma proativa na construção de soluções que contribuam para a eficiência dos processos e para o sucesso da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE: Realizar o atendimento aos clientes, compreendendo suas necessidades e buscando soluções de forma ágil, cordial e assertiva, através dos diversos canais dispostos na área. REGULARIDADE DOS PRESTADORES DE SERVIÇO: Analisar o fluxo do processo documental da regional e atuar preventivamente e corretivamente na solução dos problemas, envolvendo diversos interlocutores (obra, empreiteiro, suprimentos) para que o processo seja atendido com qualidade pelos envolvidos, de acordo com a política interna e legislações pertinentes. CONTROLE DE PROCESSOS E ENTREGA DE RESULTADOS: Contribuir para o correto andamento do processo do DAP, acompanhando os indicadores disponíveis e atuando proativa e preventivamente, visando o alcance de metas estabelecidas na área. TREINAMENTO E DESENVOLVIMENTO: Aplicar confirmações de processos presencial nas obras da regional, incluindo treinamentos e orientações relativo a todo escopo do DAP através de alinhamento de objetivos e disseminação das políticas internas visando a padronização e correta aplicação dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior Completo nas áreas de Administração, Recursos Humanos ou correlatas.Conhecimento em Pacote Office;Outlook: organização de agendas, e-mails e compromissos;Excel: criação e atualização de planilhas, uso de fórmulas e gráficos para controle de dados;PowerPoint: elaboração de apresentações claras e objetivas;Word: formatação e produção de documentos e relatórios;Habilidade para elaboração de relatórios, controle de indicadores e organização de informações com precisão e clareza.
