A posição tem papel direto na presença e construção de marca da empresa no ponto físico, combinando atendimento ao cliente, vendas, geração de conteúdo e resultado comercial, ajudando a amplicar o alcance para as classes C e D.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender e abordar clientes presencialmente no quiosque, apresentando os produtos da Super Sim com clareza e adequação ao perfil de cada pessoa;Apoiar a geração de conteúdo para as redes sociais da empresa (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, LinkedIn), criando vídeos e materiais ao vivo ou em parceria com o time de marca;Contribuir para os indicadores de exposição de marca;Registrar e reportar informações relevantes sobre o fluxo de atendimento, perfil de clientes e oportunidades observadas no ponto físico;Manter o quiosque organizado, ativo e com a identidade visual da Super Sim sempre em dia;Ser dinâmico: conseguir explicar os detalhes dos produtos SuperSim e converter (convencer) os clientes para fechamento;Colaborar com o time e com a liderança para melhorar continuamente a operação do ponto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, vendas presenciais ou operação em quiosque, loja ou stand;Facilidade para abordagem ativa - sabe iniciar uma conversa, criar conexão e apresentar um produto;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil proativo e autônomo - não precisa de supervisão constante para manter a operação rodando bem.Atenção aos detalhes, principalmente na coleta de dados e inserção no sistema;Disponibilidade para atuar presencial no Shopping Metrô Tatuapé (Piso Metrô, São Paulo/SP) em escala 5x2 (incluindo sábados e domingos, com folga compensatória durante a semana), no horário das 14h às 22h, com 1 hora de almoço.Desejáveis:Familiaridade com criação de conteúdo para redes sociais (vídeos curtos, reels, stories);Vivência em empresas do setor financeiro, fintechs ou produtos de crédito.Informações adicionaisO que te oferecemos aqui:Salário competitivo com o mercado;Bônus anual de até 4 salários (proporcional ao tempo trabalhado e de acordo com a política interna vigente, meta da empresa, desempenho da área e desempenho individual);SuperSim Flex: nossos benefícios são distribuídos em um programa de pontos e você pode escolher quais fazem mais sentido para você.
