Este profissional será responsável por acompanhar eventos, alarmes e indicadores operacionais, garantindo a identificação e o escalonamento adequado de incidentes que possam impactar os serviços de negócio.Principais Responsabilidades:Monitorar ambientes de infraestrutura, aplicações e serviços de negócio por meio das ferramentas corporativas de observabilidade.Realizar o acompanhamento contínuo de eventos, alertas e alarmes.Efetuar a triagem inicial de incidentes e registrar ocorrências nas ferramentas de gerenciamento de chamados.Acionar equipes responsáveis conforme procedimentos e matrizes de escalonamento estabelecidas.Atualizar status de incidentes e manter a comunicação durante eventos críticos.Apoiar na identificação de tendências, recorrências e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de monitoramento.Elaborar registros e relatórios operacionais.Garantir o cumprimento dos processos e políticas de operação de TI.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormaçãoEnsino técnico completo ou cursando graduação em áreas de Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos DesejáveisConceitos básicos de infraestrutura de TI.Sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux.Redes de computadores (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS).Ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade.Gestão de incidentes e atendimento operacional.Pacote Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint).DiferenciaisConhecimento em Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk ou ferramentas similares.Conhecimento em ITIL.Experiência anterior em NOC, Service Desk, Central de Operações ou Monitoramento.Familiaridade com plataformas de gerenciamento de chamados (Jira, ServiceNow, entre outras).
