Vem ser Cimed! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesüRevisar periodicamente o status dos produtos de maior complexidade, através da verificação de Histórico de Mudança de Produtos (HMPs), Controles de Mudanças (CMs) e publicações, garantindo a segurança do portfólio da empresa;üRealizar avaliações técnicas das documentações relacionadas com projetos de registro e pós registro de maior complexidade anteriormente a sua submissão à ANVISA, garantindo que os produtos atendam os padrões estabelecidos pela agência reguladora e elaborar o levantamento das condições aprovadas de novos produtos deferidos assegurando a correta informação;üParticipar da definição dos planos de ação dos produtos, garantindo que todas as atividades necessárias sejam planejadas e executadas de forma consistente e eficaz;üAcompanhar as publicações via Diário Oficial da União (DOU) e as atualizações regulatórias aplicáveis através da ciência de novas publicações, grupos de trabalho em entidades e Anvisa, avaliando os impactos no portfólio antes mesmo da vigência das normas, visando o planejamento adequado das ações, cumprimento de prazos e assegurando a conformidade dos processos e produtos;üAvaliar rotas produtivas e CMs relacionados com medicamentos/alimentos e cosméticos de forma que os impactos das mudanças sejam analisados, prezando para o compliance dos produtos;üDar suporte técnico aos demais analistas do setor, além de elaborar e ministrar treinamentos internos, permitindo a capacitação técnica do setor;üDar suporte aos demais setores da empresa, participando de projetos e reuniões, disponibilizando informações técnicas/histórico de produtos, a fim de auxiliar em ações e tomadas de decisão em relação ao portfólio;üRealizar diligências externas de medicamentos, cosméticos e alimentos, analisando os relatórios e posicionando a coordenação, visando a avaliação precisa quanto a viabilidade técnica dos produtos em pauta;üAvaliar situações potenciais de risco e, com apoio da coordenação, elaborar plano de ação para mitigação, acompanhando detalhadamente o ciclo de vida dos produtos e os fluxos internos, a fim de evitar não conformidades;üAtualizar os documentos de acordo com as atividades realizadas, a fim de gerar informações para os relatórios mensais da área, bem como mapear todas as atividades em andamento e concluídas;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Farmácia. Necessário experiência em elaboração/correção de documentação técnica. Desejável pós-graduação em Assuntos Regulatórios.
