O futuro é com você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar nos trabalhos de análise e conciliação de contas, conferindo os saldos apresentados, localizando e corrigindo os possíveis erros, para assegurar os saldos das operações contábeis;Classificar e Avaliar as despesas, examinando sua natureza, para apropriar custos de bens e serviços e promover os lançamentos contábeis devidos;Alimentar o sistema patrimonial, garantindo a correta aplicação dos procedimentos de controle do ativo permanente, bem como sua depreciação e amortização, efetuando os lançamentos devidos nas contas de resultados, atuando em conformidade com as normas técnicas e legais aplicáveis;Manter controle atualizado dos equipamentos em comodato e dos investimentos realizados nos postos da rede e bases da Empresa, bem como, gerenciar os equipamentos disponíveis em estoques em cada região, prestando informações e gerando relatórios gerenciais diversos;Proceder as baixas patrimoniais nos casos de sinistros, doações, vendas ou obsolescência;Responder pelo controle contábil dos equipamentos da Empresa, acompanhando a alocação dos mesmos, transferências entre unidades, trocas, descartes, entre outros;Analisar as contas patrimoniais: Ativo e Passivo, além das contas de resultado: Receitas e Despesas;Fornecer suporte técnico sobre classificação contábil e por centro de custos;Elaborar e enviar relatórios às áreas afins;Identificar ICMS Ressarcimento sobre créditos petróleo;Manter-se atualizado sobre as normas trabalhistas, o que afeta a contabilidade;Arquivar a documentação sob sua responsabilidade, de acordo com as normas da Empresa;Cumprir as normas e procedimentos da Empresa, propondo e implantando melhorias, respondendo pela qualidade, prazos, confiabilidade e desempenho dos serviços e informações geradas;Organizar e operar os sistemas de controle patrimonial, inclusive quando a existência e localização física dos bens;Apoiar na concepção dos planos de determinação das taxas de depreciação e exaustão dos bens materiais e dos de amortização dos valores imateriais, inclusive de valores diferidos;Controlar a remessa de documentos para arquivamento;Dar suporte necessário às fiscalizações, auditorias;Dar suporte técnico e teórico sobre classificação e procedimento contábil;Estudar acerca dos assuntos inerentes à Contabilidade e áreas correlacionadas;Manter atualizado sobre a legislação;Promover melhorias contínuas do seu setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Ciências Contábeis (CRC Ativo);Sólida vivência com Demonstrações Contábeis;Experiência relevante com AuditoriasVivência com sistema SAP;Conhecimento avançado de Excel;Diferencial: Vivência em Indústria.Informações adicionaisNOSSOS BENEFÍCIOS:🛒 Vale alimentação🍽️ Refeição🩺 Plano de saúde😁 Plano odontológico🏋️ TotalPass (academias e atividades físicas)🛡️ Seguro de vida💙 Auxílio funeral (extensivo aos familiares)⚖️ Consultoria jurídica, social e psicológica🚍 Vale transporte👶 Salário família💙 Auxílio filho excepcional👩‍👧 Licença maternidade estendida📈 Participação nos Resultados (PPR)🏦 Previdência privada⏳ Adicional por tempo de serviço
