Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar como Analista Contábil Pl, sendo responsável pela execução e revisão das rotinas contábeis, com foco em conciliações, análise de contas patrimoniais e de resultado, apoio ao fechamento contábil mensal e atendimento às demandas de auditoria externa. A posição tem papel fundamental para garantir a qualidade, confiabilidade e rastreabilidade das informações contábeis, sempre com foco no cumprimento de prazos e na melhoria contínua dos processos. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNesta posição você será responsável por:Executar conciliações contábeis de contas patrimoniais, identificando divergências, pendências e oportunidades de correção;Realizar lançamentos contábeis manuais relativos a provisões, reclassificações e demais ajustes necessários para assegurar a consistência com as normas contábeis vigentes;Apoiar o processo de fechamento contábil mensal, garantindo cumprimento do cronograma;Preparar e disponibilizar documentos, relatórios e suportes necessários ao atendimento da auditoria externa, assegurando clareza e aderência aos prazos;Realizar interface com áreas parceiras, como Financeiro, Fiscal, Contas a Pagar, Contas a Receber e demais áreas de negócio, para esclarecimento de informações e tratamento de pendências contábeis;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos contábeis, propondo padronizações, automações e controles que fortaleçam a qualidade das informações;Apoiar a elaboração de análises gerenciais e explicações de variações contábeis, contribuindo para a compreensão dos principais impactos no resultado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCritérios para candidatura:Formação superior em Ciências Contábeis;Experiência em rotinas contábeis, conciliações, análise de contas, fechamento contábil mensal e preparação de suportes para auditoria externa;Conhecimento de princípios contábeis, CPCs aplicáveis, plano de contas, centros de custo e controles de fechamento;Domínio de Excel para análises, cruzamentos de dados, controles e elaboração de memórias de cálculo; conhecimento em Power BI será diferencial;Experiência com sistemas integrados de gestão, preferencialmente SAP, e familiaridade com controles, relatórios e trilhas de auditoria.
