Sobre a vaga

Buscamos uma pessoa Analista de Acordos (Negociação), nos níveis Pleno ou Sênior, para atuar presencialmente em Goiânia/GO, no Jardim Goiás. A posição integra a área Operacional/Negociação e envolve negociação de dívidas com instituições financeiras e assessorias de cobrança, buscando condições favoráveis para quitação dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.

Contrato: CLT\ Jornada: segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h\ Local: Jardim Goiás, Goiânia/GO — presencial

Principais responsabilidades

Localizar as assessorias responsáveis pela cobrança dos contratos. Atualizar os contratos quinzenalmente. Elaborar e enviar propostas para análise, acompanhando os retornos e conduzindo as tratativas. Negociar dívidas com instituições financeiras, buscando o maior desconto possível para a quitação, respeitando os prazos previstos em contrato. Conferir boletos de quitação e verificar as informações relacionadas às condições acordadas. Emitir a documentação de quitação para assinatura do cliente e realizar o agendamento imediato. Solicitar carta de anuência e baixa de gravame, quando necessário. Manter comunicação clara e acompanhamento organizado das negociações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Experiência profissional com negociação — requisito obrigatório. Experiência em negociação de dívidas ou acordos com instituições financeiras e/ou assessorias de cobrança será relevante para a função. Ensino médio cursando, conforme requisito informado para a vaga. Experiência ou conhecimentos relacionados a investimentos serão considerados diferenciais. Participação em palestra ou curso voltado à comunicação formal será considerada desejável.

Boa comunicação oral e escrita, com postura profissional nas tratativas. Atenção aos detalhes, especialmente na conferência de propostas, boletos e documentos.
