Vem ser CIMED. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do Cargo: Executar os trabalhos, conforme Plano Anual de Auditoria Interna da CIMED, aprovado pelo Comitê GRC - Governança, Riscos e Compliance, utilizando uma abordagem sistemática, disciplinada e baseada em riscos, fornecendo uma avaliação independente quanto a melhoria dos processos de gerenciamento de riscos, controles e governança da Companhia.Planejamento de Auditorias: Elaborar o planejamento do trabalho, previsto no plano anual de auditoria, detalhando a abrangência do trabalho, escopo, objetivos e recursos necessários para a realização das auditorias, assegurando que a auditoria esteja alinhada com os objetivos esperados, que todos os riscos sejam adequadamente avaliados e o uso eficiente dos recursos.Execução de Testes e Avaliações: Aplicar testes de auditoria, por meio de observação, inspeção física, confirmação de dados, avaliação de documentos, recálculos e extração de dados de sistemas, visando obtenção de provas materiais sobre a afirmação analisada. Os testes devem estar suportados por papéis de trabalho, documentando as conclusões e aos resultados do trabalho de auditoria.Elaboração de relatório: Elaborar relatórios claros e concisos que documentem os achados da auditoria, incluindo os riscos e recomendações práticas para a melhoria dos processos e controles.Comunicação: Apresentar os resultados da auditoria à área auditada, promovendo um entendimento claro das implicações dos achados, dos riscos e das recomendações.Acompanhamento de Recomendações: Monitorar a implementação das recomendações e dos planos de ação acordados, resultantes das auditorias efetuadas e validar sua eficácia para mitigar riscos e melhorar processos.Orientação e treinamento: Orientar e treinar os analistas de auditoria pleno e júnior, garantindo que as práticas de auditoria sejam seguidas e promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional contínuo.Reporte de Auditoria Interna: Elaborar reporte e/ou apresentações gerenciais contendo o resultado dos trabalhos realizados e os indicadores da área dando visibilidade à Vice Presidência e ao Comitê de Riscos dos trabalhos realizados pela área. Conformidade Normativa: Avaliar se a empresa está em conformidade com as leis, regulamentos e normas aplicáveis, colaborando com outras áreas para manter a integridade organizacional.Melhoria Contínua: Contribuir para a melhoria contínua das práticas de auditoria e processos da empresa, compartilhando boas práticas e buscando inovações que aumentem a eficácia das auditorias realizadas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Ciências da Computação, Direito, Economia e Engenharia;Pacote office avançado;SAP;Habilidade para avaliar, identificar riscos e contribuir com a melhoria de processos;Metodologia e técnicas de auditoria interna;Conhecimento básico das principais legislações trabalhistas e tributárias;Conhecimentos básicos de contabilidade.Informações adicionaisNo processo pode ser aplicado teste técnico de acordo com a necessidade da área.Local: Avenida Angélica;Horário: Flexível;Modalidade de Trabalho: 100% Presencial.
