Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, proativa e mão na massa para atuar na produção de eventos, ativações e experiências de marca. Será responsável por apoiar toda a operação dos projetos, desde o planejamento até a execução, garantindo que cada detalhe aconteça com qualidade, organização e dentro do cronograma.Procuramos alguém com perfil executor, que goste de estar em campo, tenha facilidade para lidar com diferentes fornecedores, saiba resolver problemas rapidamente e tenha vontade de construir experiências que fortaleçam nossas marcas.Responsabilidades e atribuições* Planejar e acompanhar a produção de eventos, feiras, ativações de marca, convenções, lançamentos de produtos e ações de Brand Experience.* Coordenar a produção de materiais para eventos, PDVs, brindes, ativações e campanhas promocionais.* Realizar cotações, negociações e acompanhamento de fornecedores, agências, produtoras, montadoras e parceiros.* Solicitar e acompanhar pedidos de compra, contratos, pagamentos e prestação de contas dos projetos.* Controlar cronogramas, checklists, planilhas e documentação de acompanhamento dos eventos.* Organizar toda a logística de envio e retorno de produtos, materiais promocionais, brindes, mobiliário e equipamentos.* Acompanhar montagens, desmontagens e operação dos eventos, garantindo a execução conforme o planejamento.* Apoiar a produção de materiais de comunicação para eventos e pontos de venda em parceria com as equipes de Branding e Criação.* Acompanhar o inventário, organização e disponibilidade dos materiais promocionais e ativos da área.* Atuar em conjunto com Marketing, Comercial, Trade Marketing, Compras, Logística, Financeiro e Jurídico para garantir a execução dos projetos.* Elaborar relatórios, apresentações e controles financeiros dos projetos.* Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos da área e apoiar a evolução da operação de eventos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos* Ensino superior completo  em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Relações Públicas, Eventos, Administração ou áreas correlatas.* Experiência com produção de eventos, ativações, feiras, ações promocionais ou Brand Experience.* Domínio intermediário de Excel para controle de cronogramas, orçamentos e acompanhamento de projetos.* Experiência com gestão de fornecedores e produção de materiais promocionais, brindes e PDV.* Organização, senso de prioridade e excelente capacidade de execução.* Perfil proativo, colaborativo e com facilidade para resolver problemas no dia a dia.* Disponibilidade para viagens e acompanhamento de eventos.* Carteira Nacional de Habilitação categoria B e disponibilidade para dirigir.Diferenciais* Experiência em empresas de varejo, beleza ou bens de consumo.* Vivência com produção de estandes, eventos proprietários, convenções ou ativações de marca.* Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos e controle orçamentário.
