Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar como Analista de Cargos e Salários Sênior, sendo responsável pela gestão e manutenção da estrutura de cargos e salários, elaboração e acompanhamento do orçamento de pessoal, administração de benefícios, além do apoio na análise de indicadores de RH e estudos salariais.Venha fazer parte de uma equipe estratégica e colaborativa, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos de remuneração e benefícios, com foco em organização, análise crítica e melhoria contínua. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão e manutenção de estrutura de cargos e salários;Elaboração e acompanhamento do orçamento de pessoal;Administração de benefícios (controle, conferência e atendimento);Apoio na análise de indicadores de RH e estudos salariais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Formação: Ensino Superior completo em Administração ou áreas correlatas;Possuir experiência robusta em cargos e salários, orçamento de pessoal e benefícios;Conhecimento em Excel avançado e domínio do pacote Office.     Requisitos Desejáveis:Conhecimento em Power BI;Conhecimento no sistema Senior;Experiência com contato e negociação com fornecedores.Informações adicionaisModelo de contratação: CLTLocal de atuação: Contagem/MGHorário de Trabalho Segunda a sexta-feira / 08h às 18h / Híbrido: 4 dias presenciais, sendo 01 dia home office / Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas. BenefíciosVale transporte;Restaurante na empresa; Plano de saúde (extensivo aos dependentes);Plano odontológico (extensivo aos dependentes); Seguro de vida; Gympass; Previdência Privada;Kit escolar para filhos;Cursos gratuitos; dentre outros.
