Local de Trabalho: São José dos Campos incialmente, depois pode haver mudança para Jacareí Responsável por realizar a análise técnica e classificação fiscal de peças, componentes e máquinas, garantindo a correta identificação das mercadorias, elaboração das descrições técnicas em português e definição das respectivas NCMs (Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul) conforme a Tarifa Externa Comum (TEC) e legislação vigente.O profissional atuará como suporte técnico ao processo de importação, contribuindo para a correta classificação fiscal dos produtos, redução de riscos tributários e atendimento às exigências dos órgãos reguladores brasileiros.. Se você quer transformar o mundo com qualidade, inovação e excelência, junte-se a nós!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a classificação fiscal de peças, componentes e máquinas importadas, identificando corretamente suas características técnicas e aplicação.Elaborar descrições técnicas em português para cadastro e utilização nos processos de importação.Analisar a legislação fiscal aplicável e utilizar a TEC para definição das NCMs adequadas.Garantir a padronização e atualização da base de dados interna de classificação fiscal.Apoiar o time de importação em dúvidas relacionadas à classificação fiscal e documentação técnica.Avaliar oportunidades de enquadramento de máquinas e equipamentos em regimes especiais, como Ex-Tarifário.Receber listas de peças e componentes para análise de classificação fiscal.Verificar no banco de dados interno se os itens já possuem NCM definida e validar sua aplicação.Realizar pesquisa técnica dos produtos junto a catálogos, desenhos, manuais e informações dos fabricantes.Registrar e atualizar peças no Catálogo de Produtos do Portal Único Siscomex.Analisar se máquinas cadastradas no catálogo possuem enquadramento em Ex-Tarifários vigentes.Pesquisar e avaliar a existência de Soluções de Consulta da Receita Federal relacionadas a peças e máquinas.Interagir com áreas internas, fornecedores e equipes internacionais para obtenção de informações técnicas necessárias.Apoiar processos de revisão e melhoria contínua dos procedimentos de classificação fiscal.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Experiência comprovada em classificação fiscal de mercadorias.Experiência com classificação de peças automotivas, máquinas ou equipamentos industriais.Conhecimento da estrutura da NCM e interpretação da TEC.Capacidade de análise técnica de componentes mecânicos e industriais.
