Será responsável por apoiar processos de Due Diligence, investigações internas, gestão do Canal de Denúncias, monitoramento de riscos, adequação à LGPD, elaboração de indicadores, relatórios e políticas, além de acompanhar planos de ação e iniciativas de melhoria contínua em parceria com as diversas áreas da companhia. Descrição das atividades:Realizar Due Diligence, elaborando pareceres técnicos e de integridade.Apoiar as atividades administrativas do Programa de Compliance, Privacidade e Gestão de Riscos, incluindo controles, registros, indicadores, documentação e acompanhamento de planos de ação.Prestar suporte às investigações internas.Apoiar as atividades relacionadas ao Canal de Denúncias.Apoiar a manutenção da matriz de riscos corporativos e dos controles de mitigação.Auxiliar nas atividades relacionadas ao Programa de Privacidade de Dados e à adequação à LGPD.Elaborar pareceres, relatórios, apresentações e indicadores gerenciais da área.Apoiar a elaboração, revisão e atualização de políticas, procedimentos e demais documentos do Programa de Compliance, Privacidade e Riscos.Acompanhar a implementação de ações corretivas e planos de ação decorrentes de auditorias, investigações, avaliações de riscos e Due Diligence.Apoiar na realização de treinamentos e ações de comunicação relacionados ao Programa de Compliance.Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, controles e ferramentas da área.Executar outras atividades correlatas à área de Compliance e Privacidade de Dados, conforme demanda.Apoiar a interação com áreas internas (Jurídico, RH, Compras, TI, Auditoria) para implementação e monitoramento das ações de Compliance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos técnicos:Conhecimento da legislação e regulamentações aplicáveis à área de Compliance, incluindo Lei Anticorrupção, programas de integridade e LGPD.Conhecimento dos fundamentos de Gestão de Riscos Corporativos e Controles Internos.Experiência em Due Diligence e avaliação de integridade de terceiros.Pacote Office.Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Salto de PiraporaFormação acadêmica:DireitoPós-graduação em compliance e privacidade de dadosInformações adicionaisConfira abaixo nossos benefícios:😷 Convênio Médico Unimed Nacional (Enfermaria ou Apartamento);🦷 Convênio Odontológico AMIL (básico, intermediário e executivo);🥗 Vale Refeição ou Restaurante;🛒 Vale Alimentação;📚 Bolsa de Estudos (conforme política e elegibilidade);💰 PPR;📊 Descontos com instituições de ensino;💊 Convênio Farmácia;✅ Seguro de vida;🎄Cesta de Natal;🤰🏿Programa de apoio a gestante;🐶 Pet day;🎁 Brindes em datas comemorativas;🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub/Gympass;🧠 Wellz (Benefício de saúde mental).
