Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Analista de Compras Junior na ADAMA você irá:Responsável por negociar e realizar as compras de materiais indiretos e serviços para atender as necessidades de todos os requisitantes/áreas da empresa, dentro dos padrões de qualidade, normas operacionais para contratação de serviços de terceiros, preços e prazos;Constituir parcerias com os fornecedores, visando reduzir custos, alongar prazos de pagamento e manter regularidade nas entregas.Dar suporte em atividades gerais do departamento, atuando com visão estratégica e visão de processos com o objetivo de otimizar a operação, antever e alertar problemas;Analisar fornecedores, realizar tomada de preços, negociação e formalização de compras de materiais indiretos e serviços;Realizar Avaliação de Prestadores de Serviços em conjunto com as áreas requisitantes e QESH;Desenvolver/acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (Saving/Cost Avoidance/SLA/ PMO);Elaborar procedimentos operacionais, instruções de trabalho, fluxogramas;Analisar contratos de fornecimento e/ou prestação de serviços;Acompanhar processos, propor e implementar melhorias e elaborar relatórios gerenciais;Participar de reuniões internas e externas, globais e com fornecedores (inglês/português);Prospectar novos fornecedores e materiais, através de pesquisa no mercado visando criar opções de negócios mais viáveis para a ADAMA;Acompanhar desvios, tratativas e melhorias no processo, ajustes no fornecimento, cobrança de nível de serviço.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara ser um candidato aderente à essa vaga, você deve ter:Formação em Administração, Economia, Contábeis, Engenharia Química e/ou Produção; Experiência com o processo de Compras (preferencialmente na área de indiretos);Inglês intermediário.Você irá se destacar se tiver:Conhecimento no sistema SAP/ SAP ARIBAConhecimento em Power BI
