Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEmitir pedidos de compra por meio do sistema ERP e manter registros e relatórios atualizados, garantindo o histórico das transações.Realizar a compra de materiais elétricos (cabos, leitos, painéis), componentes de automação e contratação de serviços técnicos, priorizando as solicitações de compras.Desenvolver e homologar novos fornecedores, buscando parcerias que garantam competitividade e cumprimento das normas técnicas.Negociar condições comerciais (preços, prazos de pagamento e entrega) alinhadas ao cronograma das obras e projetos.Analisar requisições de compra, garantindo que as especificações técnicas atendam às necessidades das equipes de campo.Monitorar o fluxo de entrega (follow-up) para evitar paradas atividades por falta de materiais.Elaborar relatórios de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), como economia gerada (saving) e nível de serviço dos fornecedores.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia Elétrica, Logística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada em compras no segmento de infraestrutura elétrica, construção civil ou automação industrial.Domínio de sistemas ERP - Prefencial TOTVS.CNH categoria "B".Conhecimento pacote Office intermediário/avançado e Familiaridade com Google Sheets e ferramentas de IA;Habilidade de negociação assertiva, visão analítica de custos, boa comunicação e ética profissional;Conhecimento básico em leitura de listas de materiais técnicos e projetos elétricosConhecimento sobre tributação aplicada a compras e fretes, será um diferencial.
