Faça parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pela gestão dos canais de comunicação interna, pelo planejamento e execução de campanhas e iniciativas de comunicação interna e externa, pela condução de projetos de comunicação voltados a iniciativas institucionais e de gestão da mudança, bem como pela produção de conteúdo e condução de iniciativas voltadas ao engajamento do público interno. Também é responsável pela mensuração de resultados e geração de indicadores, contribuindo para a efetividade da estratégia de comunicação. Atua de forma autônoma, estratégica e analítica, com interlocução entre diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos e interface com fornecedores. Contribui para o fortalecimento da imagem institucional e para o alinhamento da comunicação aos objetivos estratégicos do escritório.Principais atividades e responsabilidades:Planejamento, gestão e execução de planos estratégicos, campanhas e iniciativas/ativações de comunicação interna e externa;Planejamento e gestão de projetos de comunicação para iniciativas institucionais, incluindo projetos de gestão da mudança; Produção de conteúdo para os canais de comunicação internos e externos (portais, redes sociais, intranet, site institucional, boletins e comunicados para colaboradores e clientes), para materiais institucionais (folders, apresentações institucionais e executivas, e-Books etc.) e para eventos;Produção de roteiros e vídeos corporativos;Gerenciamento dos canais de comunicação interna, com foco em garantir a qualidade dos conteúdos e a execução do cronograma;Implementação e aplicação de métodos de mensuração para avaliar o grau de evolução e impacto das comunicações;Geração de relatórios periódicos para o acompanhamento de indicadores de comunicação;Interface com clientes internos, agências e fornecedores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Jornalismo ou Relações Públicas;Experiência profissional de pelo menos 5 anos na área de Comunicação Corporativa;Inglês avançado;Obrigatório domínio do Pacote Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.);Pós-graduação em áreas relacionadas à Comunicação e Marketing (diferencial);Conhecimentos de CapCut ou outras ferramentas para edição de vídeos (diferencial).Outras informações:Excelência em texto e gosto pela produção de conteúdo;Facilidade de interação com áreas e pessoas de níveis distintos para entendimento das demandas;Perfil propositor de soluções, que preza pela excelência e pela qualidade nas entregas;Compromisso com prazos;Criatividade, agilidade e organização.Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica;Vale Refeição/ Vale Alimentação;Seguro de Vida;Wellhub (Gympass);Auxílio Creche;Vale Transporte / Estacionamento;PLR;Modelo de trabalho híbrido;Short Fridays;Day Off no dia do aniversário;Subsídio Educacional;Subsídio despesas (para vagas híbridas ou 100% home office);Subsídio compra de equipamentos (para vagas híbridas ou 100% home office).
