Executa manutenção preventiva e preditiva, e monitora o desempenho das máquinas por meio de cronogramas para evitar paradas não planejadas. Realiza de leitura de diagramas, interpreta esquemas , desenhos técnicos mecânicos e diagramas eletroeletrônicos, hidráulicos e pneumático. Conhecimento em  Automação e configuração de sensores, CLPs (Controladores Lógicos Programáveis), inversores de frequência e redes industriais básicasExecutar manutenções corretivas e preventivas em equipamentos e sistemas eletroeletrônicos;Documentar informações técnicas;Realizar diagnósticos de falhas e propor soluções técnicas;Efetuar ajustes, calibrações e testes em circuitos elétricos e eletrônicos;Interpretar e aplicar esquemas elétricos, manuais técnicos e diagramas de automação;Avaliar as condições de funcionamento e desempenho das máquinas e equipamentos;Realizar reparos em rede elétrica de baixa tensão;Apoiar a implantação de novos equipamentos e tecnologias eletroeletrônicas;Apoiar os operadores de máquinas, orientando-os sobre a manutenção autônoma e evitando o uso inadequado de maquinários e equipamentos;Contribuir ativamente na melhoria do sistema de manutenção;Observar e cumprir as normas técnicas, administrativas, de gestão, segurança e meio ambiente;Participar ativamente de programas de melhoria dos produtos, processos, serviços e do meio ambiente;Participar ativamente de programas de melhoria da gestão e do sistema de qualidade;Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado;Seguir os procedimentos de acordo com o sistema de produção vigente; Executar outras atividades correlatas em sua área de atuação, de acordo com a necessidade da empresa.Realizar análise de risco nas instalações da empresa;Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino técnico completo, preferencialmente em Eletroeletrônica, Elétrica ou áreas afins.Conhecimentos: Conceitos de Manutenção IndustrialLeitura e Interpretação de Desenhos Técnicos e Diagramas ElétricosConhecimento em Elétrica de Baixa Potência em Corrente Alternada (Até 13,8kW);Mecânica Industrial;Elétrica Residencial;Conceitos de Desenho Mecânico;Metodologia de Análise de Falhas;NR10;NR11 e NR 35;Informática (editor de textos, planilhas eletrônicas, internet);Informações adicionaisRestaurante na empresaVale AlimentaçãoPlano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoParticipação nos lucros e resultados pagos semestralmenteSeguro de vida em grupoConvênios com instituições de ensino, farmácia, academia e comércio localEstacionamento interno para motos e bicicletasAssociação de funcionáriosE muito mais!
