Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê será responsável por: Realizar conciliações de contas patrimoniais e de resultado, lançamentos contábeis e análises das movimentações financeiras, garantindo a consistência das informações.Participar dos fechamentos contábeis mensais, trimestrais e anuais, elaborando composições, análises e justificativas das contas sob sua responsabilidade.Analisar a classificação contábil das operações da empresa, realizando os ajustes necessários conforme as normas e procedimentos aplicáveis.Preparar informações e análises contábeis para suporte à elaboração das demonstrações financeiras e relatórios gerenciais.Atender auditorias internas e externas, disponibilizando informações e documentações necessárias relacionadas aos processos sob sua responsabilidade.Apoiar a implementação e melhoria de controles e processos contábeis, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e contribuindo para maior eficiência e qualidade das entregas.Realizar a apuração e conferência de tributos diretos e indiretos, incluindo ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ e CSLL, conforme aplicabilidade ao negócio.Conferir a escrituração fiscal e apoiar a elaboração e entrega das obrigações acessórias federais, estaduais e municipais, como SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, ECF, ECD, DCTF e demais declarações aplicáveis.Realizar análises e cruzamentos de informações contábeis e fiscais, identificando inconsistências e apoiando a correção de divergências, fiscalizações e auditorias tributárias.Apoiar processos relacionados à recuperação de créditos tributários e compensações fiscais, conforme orientação e procedimentos definidos.Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores, controles e relatórios, interagindo com áreas como Controladoria, Financeiro, Compras e Comercial para apoiar a correta aplicação dos procedimentos contábeis e fiscais.Participar de projetos relacionados à implantação de sistemas, automação, compliance e melhoria dos processos contábeis e fiscais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara esta posição buscamos: Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis;Experiência com fechamento contábil, conciliações, análise de contas e apuração de impostos;Conhecimento em legislação contábil e tributária e nas principais obrigações acessórias, como SPED, ECD e ECF;Domínio de Excel em nível intermediário/avançado;Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente Oracle;Conhecimento das normas contábeis (CPC), sendo conhecimento em IFRS um diferencial;Será um diferencial:Conhecimento de Power BI ou outras ferramentas de análise de dados;Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA aplicadas às rotinas contábeis e financeiras;Registro ativo no CRC Informações adicionaisNossa contratação é feita sob o regime CLT, com um modelo de trabalho que inclui 4 dias presenciais e 1 dia de home office.
