Você atuará em um ambiente que incentiva a autonomia, a gestão de dados e o protagonismo na mitigação de riscos, garantindo que a Porto continue a oferecer confiança e qualidade mesmo em cenários de alta complexidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Ciclo de Vida de Riscos: Identificar, avaliar e monitorar riscos tecnológicos e de continuidade de negócios, mantendo o framework atualizado frente a ameaças emergentes (IA, nuvem, obsolescência e dependência de terceiros);Consultoria e Acompanhamento de Apontamentos: Atuar como parceiro consultivo das áreas de negócio, assegurando que os planos de ação sejam executados com qualidade e dentro dos prazos pactuados;Gestão de Continuidade e Testes: Validar e monitorar cenários de testes de continuidade (PRD/PCO), incluindo simulações de incidentes, garantindo que os RTOs/RPOs estejam alinhados com a criticidade de cada processo de negócio;Conformidade e Governança: Assegurar a aderência às políticas internas e regulamentações setoriais (SUSEP, BACEN, ANS, CVM, ANPD), promovendo uma cultura de conformidade proativa;Reporte Estratégico: Elaborar dashboards e relatórios executivos de KRIs e KPIs, transformando dados técnicos em insights acionáveis para a alta gestão, facilitando a tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em gestão de riscos, continuidade de negócios ou governança de TI, preferencialmente em ambientes regulados (Setor Financeiro/Segurador);Conhecimento em Frameworks de mercado: NIST CSF, ISO 22301 (Continuidade), ISO 27001 (Segurança), COBIT;Regulamentações: Conhecimento das normas de órgãos reguladores (BACEN, SUSEP, ANS);Habilidade com ferramentas de GRC, análise de dados (ex: Excel ou ferramentas de BI) e plataformas de gestão de projetos (ex: Jira, ServiceNow);Certificações (Diferenciais): CBCP, ABCP, CRISC, CISM;Pensamento Analítico e Visão Sistêmica: Capacidade de enxergar o todo, priorizando demandas com base no impacto real para o negócio e na materialidade do risco;Comunicação Transversal: Habilidade para adaptar a linguagem técnica para diferentes níveis hierárquicos, garantindo que o tema de continuidade seja compreendido e priorizado por todos;Influência e Gestão de Stakeholders: Capacidade de construir relacionamentos sólidos e influenciar pares e gestores na implementação de melhorias, mesmo em cenários de resistência.Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOSVale Alimentação e Refeição Flexíveis;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Wellhub e TotalPass;Academia Bio Ritmo exclusiva para Colaboradores: no Complexo Matriz;Participação nos Lucros - PLR;Programa de Ações: Porto em Ação: complementar à PLR;Quadras de Areia e Poliesportiva: no Complexo Matriz;Vale-Transporte;Serviços de Transporte de Vans; disponibilizadas nas principais estações de acesso à Porto (Luz, Barra Funda, Santa Cecília e Júlio Prestes);Licença Parental Estendida: até 40 dias para todas as configurações familiares;Licença Maternidade Estendida de 6 meses.;Ambulatório Médico com Especialidades: no Complexo Matriz e Barra Funda;Auxílio creche ou babá;Seguro de Vida;Previdência Privada - PortoPrev;Desconto em Produtos e Serviços;Bolsa de estudos: Reembolso para graduação, pós ou MBA;Corridas mensais: subsídio para as principais corridas de ruas de São PauloReembolso para idiomas (inglês ou espanhol);Teatro Porto: sessões exclusivas para Colaboradores;Biblioteca;Sala de descanso: no completo MatrizSalão de jogos: no complexo MatrizServiços de massagem e podologia: no completo MatrizLocal de trabalho: Av.
