Esta es nuestra forma de desarrollar la minería, siempre conectados a los cambios con personas comprometidas, inspiradas y en constante desarrollo. ¡Únete a Nexa y forma parte de la minería que se mueve con el mundo! #mujerestalentoenmineríaResponsabilidades y atribucionesResponsable de la automatización de los procesos de control y seguimiento de la producción, mediante el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones digitales (Power Apps, herramientas de BI e IA).Coordinar y analizar la información de capacidad de planta, consumo de insumo y eficiencia de los procesos.Elaborar el plan de producción diario y mensual de Zinc y productos agregados.Realizar el control diario de consumo de concentrados y producción (Registrado en SAP).Elaboración de distintos escenarios de producción con distintas capacidades y restricciones de planta.Programar y controlar el cierre de producción mensual de la planta (SAP y Reporte plantas).Elaborar los reportes de producción mensual para el ministerio de energía y minas.Analizar y elaborar los reportes de producción semanal (flash de producción) y mensuales (Forecast) considerando capacidades y eficiencias de proceso.Analizar las información de los resultados del proceso mensual.Requisitos y calificacionesBachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Metalúrgica o afines.Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en análisis de datos en entornos industriales.Experiencia en automatización o digitalización de procesos.Dominio de Excel, Power BI, Power Apps.Conocimientos en IA aplicada y automatización de procesos.Conocimientos de Procesos Industriales, Costos, Herramientas estadísticas, PDCA y Six Sigma.Informaciones adicionalesLugar de Trabajo: Lurigancho - ChosicaModalidad de Trabajo: Presencial, lunes a viernes.En NEXA trabajamos en un ambiente diverso donde las personas se sienten libres para ser ellas mismos.
