Será responsável pela consolidação, análise e interpretação das informações econômico-financeiras da Holding e de suas controladas, garantindo a geração de insights estratégicos para a liderança. Atuará de forma consultiva no acompanhamento de desempenho, planejamento financeiro, orçamento, gestão de indicadores e suporte à tomada de decisão, contribuindo para a maximização de resultados e a criação de valor sustentável para o grupo.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o processo de fechamento contábil da Holding;Análise dos resultados mensais das suas controladas;Acompanhamento e aderência a políticas internas, normas contábeis e compliance;Suportar auditorias externas fornecendo documentos e informações quando necessário;Elaboração das demonstrações financeiras consolidadas da Holding;Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento da Holding (forecast, DRE, fluxo de caixa, balanço) e suas revisões periódicas;Realizar análises de variação entre o realizado x orçado, identificando desvios e propondo soluções;Automatizar relatórios e análises financeiras e Desenvolver dashboards;Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e digitalização da controladoria;Preparar materiais executivos para Diretoria, Conselho e Acionistas;Acompanhar e analisar o desempenho econômico-financeiro da holding e suas controladas;Analisar custos, despesas operacionais, margem e rentabilidade;Acompanhar o orçamento das Controladas (forecast, DRE, fluxo de caixa, balanço) e suas revisões periódicas;Elaboração de material mensal de RI com KPI´s e análise e monitoramento do resultado das controladas; Desenvolver modelos financeiros e projeções de longo prazo;Análises de sensibilidade e cenários e apaio de estudo de viabilidade econômica e valuation.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Superior completa em Ciências Contábeis;Pós-graduação (Desejável); Experiência prévia em controladoria, finanças ou auditoria, preferencialmente em ambiente de holding ou grupo empresarial;

Conhecimento em apuração, análise e gestão de custos de produção; Conhecimento em contabilidade, análise financeira e orçamentária

Habilidade para criar modelos de análises de dados em Excel, nível avançado; Consolidação de Demonstrativos; IFRS E CPC's;Experiência avançada em Sistemas ERP, preferencialmente em Finanças e Planejamento da Produção (PP);Capacidade de orientar e influenciar decisões em diferentes níveis da organização;Habilidade em analisar informações de forma crítica, indo além do óbvio para identificar as causas raízes dos problemas;Habilidade para comunicar informações complexas de forma clara e concisa para públicos diversos;Orientação para resultados;Habilidade para construir relações interpessoais.
