A Biosphera é um ecossistema com 16 empresas especialistas em tecnologia, vendas e marketing, cobrindo todas as necessidades de Growth das marcas.Nossas soluções cobrem dos dados ao PDV, de campanhas ao conteúdo, da pesquisa à Web3.Estamos em busca de um Analista de Controladoria Pleno talentoso e detalhista para se juntar ao nosso time.A pessoa ideal deve ter habilidades analíticas fortes, ser proativo(a) e possuir excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Este profissional será responsável por apoiar a área de controladoria em todas as atividades relacionadas ao planejamento financeiro, controle orçamentário e análise de performance.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades:•            Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento, fechamentos mensais e projeções (Reforecast) da empresa.•            Realizar análises financeiras e elaborar relatórios gerenciais.•            Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de performance (KPIs).•            Controlar e analisar as despesas da empresa, identificando oportunidades de redução de custos.•            Preparar e consolidar as informações para reportes mensais à diretoria.•            Garantir a conformidade com as políticas e procedimentos internos.•            Utilizar Excel avançado para análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios.•            Colaborar com outras áreas da empresa para melhorar processos e promover a eficiência operacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:•            Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, ou áreas correlatas.•            Experiência anterior na área de Controladoria, Finanças ou Auditoria.•            Excel avançado•            Forte capacidade analítica e habilidade para resolver problemas.•            Habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.•            Atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com prazos apertados.Informações adicionaisAtuação modelo híbrido sendo 3x presenciais no escritório no Itaim Bibi/SP, próximo a estação Cidade Jardim;Restaurante no local com almoço e café da tarde;Vale alimentação nos dias que estiver home office;Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Seguro de vida;Total pass;Day off de aniversário.
