Vem ser Cimed! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do Cargo:

Responsável por conduzir e acompanhar os projetos sob sua gestão, garantindo visão estratégica, organização, disciplina de processo e cumprimento de escopo, prazo e custo. Assegura que as atividades sob responsabilidade das áreas sejam acompanhadas e reportadas de forma estruturada, apoiando a liderança com informações e cenários que suportem a tomada de decisão e influenciando stakeholders. Atua na estruturação do projeto por meio da elaboração do Termo de Abertura (TAP) e da construção e atualização dos cronogramas. Garante a realização de reuniões de kickoff e de acompanhamento periódico, promovendo alinhamento contínuo entre as áreas envolvidas (AR, P&D, Qualidade, Inovação, etc.), assegurando visibilidade das atividades, marcos e dependências e antecipando riscos. É responsável pelo acompanhamento orçamentário dos projetos sob sua gestão, analisando desvios e apoiando a construção do forecast em alinhamento com a área de Governança e Orçamento. Atua prioritariamente em projetos de maior complexidade e valor de investimento, com maior autonomia nas discussões e decisões. Exerce papel de referência técnica para analistas plenos e juniores.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Elaborar, modificar e divulgar os termos de abertura dos projetos com foco em desenvolvimento e lançamento de medicamentos; Elaborar e gerir cronogramas de projetos através do uso da ferramenta MS PROJECT; Elaborar e gerir custos de projetos (CAPEX e OPEX); Realizar reuniões de follow up / kickoff e fóruns específicos dos projetos com áreas técnicas envolvidas; Monitorar e cobrar prazos das atividades elencadas nos cronogramas de projetos; Criar relatórios e apresentações estratégicas/gerenciais; Conduzir e realizar alinhamentos estratégicos, a fim de coletar dados para tomadas de decisão; Participar da definição dos planos de ação dos produtos, garantindo que todas as atividades necessárias sejam planejadas e executadas de forma consistente e eficaz; Elaborar e ministrar treinamentos técnicos internos.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação concluída (preferencialmente Farmácia), desejável pós/ MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos Pacote Office (Excel intermediário) Metodologia de Gerenciamento de Projetos; SAP, MS Project; Processos ANVISA; Desejável experiência em gerenciamento de projetos de desenvolvimento e lançamento de medicamentos.Informações adicionaisNo processo pode ser aplicado teste técnico de acordo com a necessidade da área.Local: Pouso Alegre - MGHorário:  das 08h00 às 17h48
