Si buscas sumarte a una empresa con propósito y crecer en un entorno dinámico, ¡Queremos conocerte!Responsabilidades y atribucionesPrincipales ResponsabilidadesEvaluar, perfilar y emitir dictámenes pre-aprobados de forma ágil para solicitudes de crédito digitales, alineando cada análisis al riesgo de acuerdo a nuestra política de crédito, garantizando una experiencia al cliente fluida y eficiente.Validar de forma detallada la documentación digital de los expedientes para optimizar el cálculo de ingresos y la autenticidad de la información en las aprobaciones de crédito de nuestros diferentes productos.Estructurar ofertas financieras competitivas y a la medida, utilizando modelos analíticos sobre la capacidad de pago y nivel de endeudamiento del cliente.Detectar de manera proactiva casos de alto valor fuera de política para estructurar y presentar propuestas estratégicas ante el Comité de Crédito.Seguimiento y cumplimiento de los KPIs del equipo para asegurar una experiencia óptima y aportar en maximizar la conversión en cada producto de crédito.Proponer y liderar iniciativas o proyectos de mejora continua que impulsen la eficiencia operativa del equipo y de la empresa.

Requisitos y calificaciones¿A quién buscamos?Formación en Economía, Finanzas, Administración, Contabilidad o carreras afines.Dominio numérico: Manejo intermedio de Excel (fórmulas avanzadas y tablas dinámicas) para estructurar y evaluar escenarios financieros con precisión.Mente analítica y curiosa.Pasión por el ecosistema Fintech: Interés genuino en la evolución del crédito digital.
