Missão do Cargo:Responsável por transformar dados em informações e insights estratégicos que apoiem a tomada de decisão e a evolução dos resultados do negócio. Atua de ponta a ponta na estruturação, tratamento, análise e visualização de dados, contribuindo para o acompanhamento de indicadores, identificação de oportunidades e melhoria contínua das operações, especialmente no contexto de crédito.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExtrair, consolidar, tratar e validar dados provenientes de diferentes fontes, garantindo qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade das informações;Construir, manter e executar processos de ETL, pipelines e datasets, assegurando a disponibilidade dos dados para análises e projetos;Desenvolver consultas SQL e automações em Python para extração, transformação, tratamento e análise de dados;Monitorar e analisar KPIs e métricas de performance, segmentando resultados por canais e identificando tendências, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria;Desenvolver dashboards, relatórios executivos e análises gerenciais em ferramentas de Business Intelligence, traduzindo dados complexos em informações relevantes para o negócio;Gerar insights e recomendações estratégicas para apoiar a tomada de decisão das áreas de negócio, atuando em parceria com Crédito e Mesa de Crédito;Documentar processos, fluxos de dados, transformações e regras de negócio, contribuindo para a organização e disseminação do conhecimento;Participar de discussões técnicas e acompanhar a evolução de projetos relacionados a Dados, Analytics, Engenharia de Dados e Inteligência Artificial, contribuindo com análises e soluções baseadas em dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Superior completo em Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência:Experiência consolidada em análise de dados, KPIs, métricas e performance operacional, compatível com atuação em nível sênior;Conhecimento avançado em Databricks;Proficiência em SQL para extração, transformação e análise de dados;Experiência com Python aplicado à análise e automação de dados;Experiência com processos de ETL, pipelines de dados e bancos de dados relacionais;Capacidade de transformar dados em insights e recomendações que apoiem a tomada de decisão;Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com áreas técnicas e de negócio.Requisitos Desejáveis:Vivência no segmento financeiro, bancário ou de crédito consignado;Experiência com ferramentas de Business Intelligence, especialmente desenvolvimento de dashboards no Databricks;Conhecimento em governança, qualidade e gestão de dados;Familiaridade com boas práticas de Engenharia de Dados;Conhecimento ou experiência com iniciativas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas a Dados e Analytics.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:🍽️ Vale Alimentação e Vale Refeição flexíveis pelo iFood Benefícios;🛒 Cesta Auxílio;🏥 Plano de Saúde – Unimed;🦷 Plano Odontológico – Qualimais Uniodonto;🏖️ Day Off de aniversário;🎁 Presente de aniversário creditado no cartão iFood Benefícios;🧸 Auxílio-Creche;🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub – convênio com academias;🏆 Participação de Lucros e Resultados.Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h.
