Essa pessoa irá garantir a conformidade do pós-embarque da exportação Agro, controlando faturas de armadores, disputas e registros em sistema, sendo responsável pela execução das faturas dos armadores referentes a fretes, taxas locais, demurrage e detention, conduzindo o processamento dentro dos prazos, conferindo e processando pagamentos e controlando o outstanding dos armadores, abrindo e conduzindo disputas respeitando os prazos de pagamento, conduzindo análise de créditos, custos extras e negociação de descontos comerciais com os armadores para reduzir custos da empresa, registrando e mantendo os dados atualizados no ITAS, e tratando confirmações de embarque, BL e Telex Release como ponto de apoio dos times de execução, solicitando ajustes de BL e telex junto ao armador/despachante quando necessário.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecução das faturas dos armadores (fretes, taxas locais, demurrage e detention), conduzindo o processamento dentro dos prazos Conferência e processamento de pagamentos, com controle de outstanding dos armadores Abertura e condução de disputas com armadores, respeitando os prazos de pagamento Análise de créditos e prazos de pagamento, negociação de custos extras e descontos comerciais junto aos armadores Registro e manutenção de dados no sistema ITAS Tratamento de confirmações de embarque, BL e Telex Release, atuando como ponto de apoio dos times de execução Solicitação de ajustes de BL e telex junto ao armador/despachanteRequisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo, com preferência em Comércio Exterior, Logística, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas Experiência com armadores e/ou agentes de carga é um diferencial Inglês intermediário Excel intermediário Experiência com ITAS e conhecimento em ferramentas de IA e automação de processos são diferenciais
