Valorizamos profissionais que querem crescer, inovar e fazer a diferença em um ambiente que transforma vidas.Nossa cultura é guiada por valores que nos movem todos os dias: agir com integridade, buscar sempre a eficiência, trabalhar com colaboração, assumir o protagonismo das nossas escolhas e, acima de tudo, ter respeito pela vida.Se você se identifica com esses valores e quer estar em um lugar onde as pessoas fazem a diferença juntas, venha construir essa jornada com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar e validar representações gráficas da faixa de domínio com base em documentos oficiais e marcos legais, assegurando a atualização e precisão das informações utilizadas para tomada de decisão e cumprimento de obrigações regulatórias.Conduzir processos de regularização de ocupações de média a alta complexidade, realizando análise técnica e documental de projetos submetidos por terceiros (como instalações de gás, fibra óptica, redes elétricas e de saneamento), garantindo conformidade com os parâmetros legais e normativos.Conduzir processos de abertura e regularização rodoviários, incluindo análise técnica perante as normativas vigentes de todo rito do processo (funcional e executiva), com vistorias em campo para garantir a execução das obras de terceiros em conformidade com projetos aprovados pela concessionária e Artesp.Monitorar e controlar invasões à faixa de domínio, elaborando diagnósticos técnicos por meio de análises de imagens aéreas, georreferenciamento e dados de campo, propondo medidas corretivas e mitigadoras junto às áreas operacionais e jurídicas.Responder tecnicamente pelas análises de viabilidade de construção de áreas lindeiras, coordenando a avaliação de documentação apresentada por terceiros e identificando sobreposições, ocupações irregulares ou riscos ao patrimônio da concessionária.Colaborar com áreas internas na identificação, classificação e controle de elementos existentes na faixa de domínio, utilizando ferramentas de geoprocessamento para geração de mapas, relatórios e produtos cartográficos de apoio à gestão.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo dados e evidências técnicas referentes à faixa de domínio, zelando pelo cumprimento das obrigações contratuais da concessão e evitando autuações do poder concedente.Acompanhar tendências e boas práticas do setor, propondo melhorias nos processos de gestão da faixa de domínio e no uso de ferramentas de geotecnologia e banco de dados espaciais, atuando como referência técnica na equipe.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia Civil.Conhecimento avançado do Pacote Office.Domínio de AutoCAD.Conhecimento em QGIS (diferencial).Boa capacidade de elaboração de relatórios técnicos.Conhecimento das normas DER e ARTESP relacionadas à ocupação da faixa de domínio e abertura de acessos.
