Atua no controle de indicadores de faturamento, análise de resultados, identificação de inconsistências e implementação de melhorias nos processos, assegurando eficiência, qualidade e redução de glosas.Principais Atividades:Receber, conferir e organizar documentos e informações necessárias para o faturamento das contas hospitalares.Analisar prontuários, guias, procedimentos, materiais e medicamentos utilizados, garantindo que todas as informações estejam corretamente registradas para faturamento.Realizar o faturamento de contas hospitalares conforme contratos, tabelas e normas das operadoras de saúde e demais convênios.Monitorar indicadores de faturamento e desempenho do setor, analisando resultados e propondo melhorias nos processos.Identificar inconsistências ou divergências nas contas hospitalares, realizando ajustes antes do envio para cobrança.Acompanhar e analisar glosas recebidas das operadoras de saúde, elaborando recursos e planos de ação para redução de perdas financeiras.Elaborar relatórios e controles relacionados ao faturamento, apoiando a gestão na tomada de decisões.Organizar e manter atualizado o arquivo de documentos e registros relacionados ao faturamento e auditorias.Participar de auditorias internas e externas relacionadas ao setor de faturamento, prestando suporte com informações e documentações necessárias.Apoiar a padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos do setor de faturamento.Interagir com as áreas assistenciais, auditoria e financeiro para garantir a qualidade das informações e a correta cobrança dos serviços prestados.Acompanhar e analisar pesquisas de satisfação e indicadores relacionados ao atendimento e faturamento, contribuindo para a melhoria dos processos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos: Experiência na área, preferencialmente de segmento da saúde.Conhecimentos Específicos – Analista de Faturamento (Resumo):Informática: Pacote Office e sistemas hospitalares de gestão e faturamento (ex.: Tasy). Noção: Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – LGPD aplicada ao tratamento de informações de pacientes. Conhecimento: Processos de faturamento hospitalar, análise de contas médicas, indicadores de faturamento e relacionamento com operadoras de saúde. Domínio: Conferência e análise de contas hospitalares, controle de glosas, organização de documentos e acompanhamento de processos de faturamento.
