Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de projetos digitais e de tecnologia, envolvendo desenvolvimento de sites e sistemas, APIs e integrações.Liderança das atividades com os times de desenvolvimento, banco de dados e infraestrutura, garantindo organização das demandas, definição de prioridades, acompanhamento dos prazos e evolução das entregas.Front com o cliente na condução de reuniões de negócio e de projeto, apresentação de status e alinhamento de escopo, necessidades, riscos e próximos passos.Planejamento e organização dos projetos, incluindo produção e gestão de cronogramas, briefings, roadmaps, fluxogramas, documentações e materiais de apoio.Levantamento de requisitos e interlocução entre cliente e time técnico, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em direcionamentos para execução.Acompanhamento das entregas, incluindo QA, homologação e implantação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em gestão de projetos de tecnologia e liderança de times técnicos.Experiência em gestão de projetos com times multidisciplinares.Experiência em gestão de projetos crossborder. Experiência com levantamento de requisitos, testes e implantação.Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis de gestão de projetos (Scrum) e PMBOK.Inglês fluente.Desejável:Experiência com gestão de produto.Conhecimento em Figma, Miro e ferramentas de gestão de projetos.Conhecimento em segurança da informação.Espanhol avançado ou fluente.
