A Rio Stays busca estudante para atuar na implantação, ambientação e melhoria de imóveis destinados principalmente à hospedagem por temporada.

A função combina Design de Interiores com atividades práticas de implantação e acompanhamento dos apartamentos.

Local de atuação: Copacabana, Ipanema e bairros próximos — Rio de Janeiro/RJ.\ Modelo: presencial e em campo.\ Carga horária: 30 horas semanais — 6 horas por dia, com horário flexível conforme a grade acadêmica.\ Número de vagas: 1.

Principais atividades

  • Avaliação dos ambientes e sugestão de melhorias de decoração, ambientação, organização e funcionalidade;\
  • Criação de moodboards, referências visuais, layouts e listas de compras;\
  • Pesquisa e cotação de móveis, objetos, utensílios, materiais e fornecedores;\
  • Acompanhamento de compras, entregas, montagens e serviços;\
  • Apoio na implantação e melhoria dos imóveis administrados pela empresa;\
  • Realização de inspeções visuais e conferência de padrão dos apartamentos;\
  • Preparação dos imóveis para sessões fotográficas;\
  • Apoio na produção, seleção e tratamento de fotografias;\
  • Utilização de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para pesquisa, criação visual, organização e produtividade;\
  • Criação e melhoria de checklists, padrões e processos internos;\
  • Apoio em outras atividades relacionadas à implantação e operação dos imóveis.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação

Ensino Superior em andamento em Design de Interiores, em curso tecnólogo ou bacharelado, ou Arquitetura e Urbanismo.

Preferencialmente estudantes que já tenham concluído aproximadamente metade do curso e que possuam pelo menos 12 meses previstos até a conclusão.

Perfil que buscamos

Pessoa organizada, proativa, atenta aos detalhes e com bom senso estético, que tenha interesse por decoração, arquitetura, fotografia, hospitalidade e imóveis.

É necessária familiaridade prática com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial.
