Conduzir reuniões para entendimento do contexto e expectativas do negócioEstabelecer objetivos para a governança de dadosAnalisar e avaliar a qualidade dos dadosConhecer e entender os processos dos dadosImplementar medidas corretivasGerenciar o ciclo de vida dos dadosApoio em desenvolvimento de treinamentos e educação continuadaMonitorar o desempenho das práticas de governança de dadosApoiar e executar planos de ação de melhoria contínuaMonitorar KPIs a partir dos resultados obtidos e apresentar através de canais de comunicaçãoElaborar relatórios sobre problemas identificados e ações corretivas aplicadasRequisitos e qualificações🤝 O que você precisa terFormação em Engenharia, TI ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência prévia de 2 a 3 anos em Governança de Dados, Gestão de Dados ou Data Quality ManagementConhecimento de frameworks de governança (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM ou similares)Experiência prática em mapeamento de dados, definição de regras de qualidade e gestão de metadadosCapacidade de interpretar e comunicar resultados técnicos de qualidade de dados para áreas de negócioConhecimento intermediário de SQL (para validações e análises simples)Habilidade de comunicação clara, organização e visão orientada a processosInglês intermediário (leitura e participação em reuniões globais)
