Cadastre-se agora e venha fazer parte do nosso time!🚀Esta e as demais vagas anunciadas estão disponíveis para PcD ♿Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir e atualizar sistemas como CRM/ERP.Acompanhar as tarefas e o cumprimento de prazos.Prestar apoio nas pesquisas e análise de viabilidade nos editais e licitações.Credenciar e elaborar propostas licitatórias.Prestar apoio na manutenção de arquivo com documentos das empresas que possuem cadastro junto a órgãos público.Participar de pregões eletrônicos quando necessário sob orientação do líder. Acompanhar escriturações e preparação de planilhas de controle. Cadastrar e renovar a empresa em órgãos públicos e privados e controlar homologações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades:Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel para cronogramas, controles e análise de dados.Conhecimento da Lei 14.133/2021 e demais legislações aplicáveis a licitações e contratações.Organização e acompanhamento de prazos, cronogramas e entregáveis contratuais.Boa comunicação e articulação com áreas internas e órgãos públicos.Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade aos negócios, pessoas e processos.

Experiência ou conhecimento em gestão de projetos e apoio à estruturação de planos de implantação, com definição de escopo, cronograma e marcos, será um diferencial.

Formação:Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento preferencialmente em: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Engenharia Elétrica ou de Telecomunicações, ou Gestão de Projetos.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira das 08:00 às 18:00 (intervalo para almoço das 12:00 às 13:12horas)Oportunidade para trabalhar Presencialmente, na cidade de Timbó/SC
