Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê vai desenvolver análises para clientes externos e internos e liderar projetos estratégicos que aceleram a geração de insights. Seu trabalho vai ajudar a fidelizar clientes, gerar valor estratégico, apoiar decisões de negócio e maximizar resultados comerciais. Vai entender a fundo as necessidades de negócio, cruzar dados de vendas, prescrição, visitação e fontes públicas, e construir um storytelling analítico que comunica a mensagem certa para cada público. Principais desafios:Especificar, construir e apresentar estudos de forma consultiva para analistas, gerentes, diretoria e board, adaptando a mensagem e linguagem a cada público.Utilizar e fomentar análises baseadas nas informações do canal farma e em metodologias de analytics, sempre respondendo às perguntas de negócio.Propor recomendações relevantes, factíveis e acionáveis para as áreas comerciais e operacionais do cliente.Processar, cruzar grandes volumes de dados e identificar correlações que gerem insights para decisões comerciais e operacionais.Defender recomendações conectadas aos principais desafios do cliente, apresentando riscos, trade-offs e impacto nos resultados.Monitorar a implantação e os resultados das ações recomendadas, estimulando o uso das ferramentas pelo cliente.Construir relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e áreas internas e ser reconhecido(a) como referência em recomendações confiáveis.Gerenciar projetos estratégicos que gerem benefícios para o negócio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável no mínimo 3 anos de experência trabalhando em indústrias farmacêuticas ou consumo ou em empresas fornecedoras de serviços de inteligência para indústria ou varejo/distribuição.Análises e estudos utilizando dados sindicalizados e ferramentas do canal farma: Close-Up, IQVIA ou Nielsen.Conhecimentos em SQL ou Python são desejáveis, permitindo a manipulação e análise eficiente de grandes conjuntos de dados.Informações adicionaisBenefícios que fazem o seu dia a dia ser ainda melhor:💙 Assistência Médica: Com coparticipação e parceria Welhub, garantindo cuidado completo para você e seus dependentes.
