Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Marketing Sênior para atuar em uma empresa de grande porte, em uma posição estratégica de organização, gestão de demandas, processos e equipes. A pessoa selecionada será responsável por coordenar o fluxo de demandas de marketing, acompanhar prazos e entregas, organizar prioridades e atuar na interface entre diferentes áreas, garantindo que os projetos avancem de forma estruturada e eficiente.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Coordenar o atendimento e fluxo de demandas, organizando e distribuindo a pauta diária entre as áreas envolvidas; • Criar, estruturar, padronizar e otimizar processos de atendimento e comunicação; • Acompanhar demandas, prazos, prioridades e entregas da equipe; • Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo um fluxo eficiente de informações entre atendimento, criação e demais áreas; • Manter interface constante com a gerência, realizando alinhamentos e reportando status e resultados dos projetos; • Participar do planejamento de calendários e campanhas institucionais; • Coordenar o andamento das campanhas e respectivas entregas; • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar soluções para otimização dos processos internos; • Garantir organização e fluidez na comunicação entre as áreas envolvidas.Requisitos e qualificações• Experiência sólida em coordenação de atendimento de marketing, gestão de contas, gestão de projetos ou funções que envolvam gerenciamento de múltiplas demandas; • Experiência com liderança, desenvolvimento e orientação de equipes; • Forte capacidade de organização de pautas, prazos, prioridades e fluxos de trabalho; • Excelente comunicação e facilidade para atuar na interface com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos; • Perfil organizado, proativo, analítico e orientado a resultados; • Capacidade de gerenciar diferentes demandas simultaneamente; • Residir em Curitiba ou ter total disponibilidade para atuação presencial; • Possuir CNPJ ativo ou disponibilidade para abertura de CNPJ para emissão de nota fiscal.
