Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar contas de clientes em marketplaces, acompanhando a operação e os resultados.Atuar na resolução de problemas complexos relacionados à operação das contas.Acompanhar integrações entre marketplaces, hubs e plataformas de e-commerce.Apoiar processos de categorização, organização de SKUs e integração de produtos.Analisar a saúde das contas e propor ações para melhoria da operação.Contribuir para a estruturação da área de marketplaces e sua evolução.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios ✅Ensino Médio completo.Experiência prática com gestão de contas em marketplaces.Experiência com Mercado Livre, Amazon e Shopee.Vivência na gestão de contas de clientes.Experiência com resolução de problemas complexos em marketplaces.Conhecimento prático de integrações entre marketplaces e hubs ou plataformas de e-commerce.Diferenciais ⭐Experiência com TikTok Shop.Experiência com Live Commerce.Certificações em marketplaces.Experiência com integrações envolvendo VTEX.Conhecimento de hubs como Olist e Bling.Experiência prévia com liderança ou interesse em assumir uma posição de liderança.
